Sofia 1990 – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.sofia1990.com and all purchases made from
Sofia 1990.
1. About Us
Sofia 1990 is an Irish sole trader business offering handcrafted crystal handbags finished with
premium Italian leather.
2. Products & Craftsmanship
All products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, crystal placement, or finish are inherent to
the artisanal process and do not constitute defects. Product images are representative only.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days where items are in stock. Where an item
is not immediately available, customers will be informed of the expected timeframe. Delivery times
are estimates only. Any customs duties or charges for deliveries outside the EU are the
responsibility of the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the
purchase of standard, non-customised products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.
This right does not apply to products that are made to order, personalised, or created to the
customer’s specifications.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. The
customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Faulty Goods & Items Damaged in Transit
Where goods are faulty, a replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with consumer law.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within forty■eight (48) hours of delivery and
provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and
manage any courier claim directly.
7. Care & Maintenance
Our products are made using premium materials. Customers are responsible for following the care
and maintenance instructions provided for each product. Normal wear and tear over time is
expected and is not the responsibility of Sofia 1990.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Sofia 1990. Copyingdesigns or commercial reuse of images without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sofia 1990 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential
losses arising from the use of our website or products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts shall have
exclusive jurisdiction.
